wHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

Training with Sam: All the results you achieve are subjective based on other factors aside from the training. Your lifestyle, work, stress, sleep, diet, relationships, financial situations, age, past and current medical history all have an impact on how your body responds to the training and therefore your results can fluctuate. What I teach is the fundamenetals of fitness in and out of the gym. I will give you the knowledge to have success, but I can only control your efforts in the gym. What you eat, how often you train, how you sleep and how you manage your stress when your away from me, will dictate the results you get long term. It is possible that you can injure yourself at my gym, a muscle strain from lifting a weight etc. However this rarely happens, but I just want to let you know in advance this can happen on the odd occasions. Technique is important to me and your safety is number 1. I wouldn't get you to do something if I didn't believe you could do it. Payment and Cancellations: Payments will be made at the end of the session via an EFTPOS machine. There is a 24 hour cancellation Fee (full session amount) if you cancel that session and don't reschedule it for the same week. Unless the cancellation is a death in the family, broken bone or medical emergency you will be charged. If you are sick, tired or have COVID-19 I will not accept as a legitimate excuse to cancel your session and you will be charged if you can't reschedule that session the same week.
