5 tips to lose weight

Here are 5 Ultimate Tips to help with your weight loss, your belly fat loss and improving your overall health. 1) Eat your 5-6 serves (palm sizes) of vegetbales each day. Make the majority of your food each day fresh vegetables, plenty of colours in your vegetables. Fibre fills you up and sustains energy. 2) Minimise the processed carbohydrate consumption. Rice, breads, takeaway foods, sweets, packaged foods, pre-made foods. These have lots of sugars, syrups, additives and preservatives in them. 3) Space out your eating. Eat when you are hungry, spacing out your food helps with digestion, prevents fat storing hormones from being spiked and storing fat. The longer you space out your food will help with keeping your weight low. 4) Sleep 7-8 hours/night. The better and longer your sleep is, then your fat storing and hunger hormones will remain low the next day. 5) Exercise. Doing high intense interval and strength training under fatigue will increase your energy usage during and after exercise. The use of large muscle groups under physical stress for a long period of time will help with weight loss in the long term. Start your exercise slowly so you can get used to the intensity, then build up slowly overtime.
