I'm Sam Jones, Accredited Exercise Physiologist and I've been practicing in the health and fitness field for the past 15 years.
I specialise in training you for weight loss, muscle toning, strengthening, injury recovery and prevention, looking and feeling your best.
I have worked in a variety of different exercise and fitness fields from training athletes in Elite Sports to rehabilitation in North Queensland mines to hospitals, doctors and everyday individuals.
I am an honest person and will tell you how it is because I want you to do really well. We will put a plan in place for you to succeed and achieve the goals you desire.
After working with me, you will have developed the key fundamental behaviours and skills to sustain exercise, healthy living and overall fitness.
Send an enquire and we can book in a trial session to get you started. You will also need to purchase a membership with the gym if you decide to train with me. I would suggest a 10 pass as it is the cheapest and gives you time to decide if the environment is right for you.
