Sunday group Classes
Session Times:
Sunday mornings we run 3 group class sessions.
-9am
-10am
-11am
These sessions run for 45 mins.
They consist of all body strength and high intense interval training. It doesn't matter what level of fitness you are at currently, I will ensure you can complete the workout in a safe and confident manner.
There is only a limited spot of 4 people/class due to the space.
This is a great opportunity to start your exercise journey and build connections with others who are wanting to do the same thing.
