Sunday group Classes

Session Times:
Sunday mornings we run 3 group class sessions. -9am -10am -11am These sessions run for 45 mins. They consist of all body strength and high intense interval training. It doesn't matter what level of fitness you are at currently, I will ensure you can complete the workout in a safe and confident manner. There is only a limited spot of 4 people/class due to the space. This is a great opportunity to start your exercise journey and build connections with others who are wanting to do the same thing. If you have any questions, you can just email me by clicking the "Book Time" button on this page.
